A few important things to know
All trips and activities are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from KILROY.
We highly recommend you don't book any flights before your tour or activity is confirmed!
Some activities may require a minimum age, specific fitness level, certifications, or previous experience, as stated on the respective tour page.
Additional travel services such as flights, accommodation, insurance, or extra experiences can easily be added after booking.

Not always. We first need to confirm availability. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation from KILROY.
Most bookings are confirmed within a few working days. Some activities may take longer, depending on the local partner and departure date.
If the requested departure is unavailable, we'll help you find an alternative date, similar experience or provide a refund.
A travel advisor from your local KILROY office will be your point of contact and will assist with your booking if needed.
Absolutely. Many travellers start with an activity and then add other travel arrangements. Our advisors can help create a complete trip.
Payment for your activity or tour is made in full during the online checkout process.
Once your payment has been received, we'll begin processing your booking. You'll receive confirmation from us as soon as the tour or activity is booked.
If an activity is cancelled, we'll help you find a suitable alternative. If that's not possible, you'll be entitled to a refund according to our terms and conditions.
Any additional fees related to your tour or activity will be clearly communicated on the page of the tour.
In case of booking multiple tours and activities, which essentially turns your booking into a fully customised itinerary, a booking fee may apply. You will be informed of all fees and costs involved before the booking is confirmed.
Confirmed bookings are final and cannot be cancelled. In case you accidentally requested the wrong date, please get in touch with the travel advisor handling your booking as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips and activities. Some suppliers may require specific coverage.
