Adorned with vibrantly fluttering prayer flags, this spiritual site draws both travelers and Tibetan pilgrims eager to experience its unique energy. For enthusiasts of traditional architecture, a visit to the ancient King's Palace is another absolute must.
Further afield, Bodh Gaya marks the profound site where Buddha attained enlightenment. Nepal 🤝 trekking
Trekking in Nepal is widely known as the best in the world! Most treks range between altitudes of 1,000 and 3,000 meters, while some cross even the 5.000-meter mark. Annapurna (3 - 28 days), Everest (6 - 30 days), and Langtang/Gosainkunda/Helambu (5 - 18 days) are famous for their 'teahouse' treks.
Please note: Solo trekking is no longer allowed in Nepal; you must always be accompanied by a licensed guide.
